Brother Mark served Montrose Lodge 63 as SD in 2003, JD in 2004, SW in 2005, WM in 2006 -- 2007 -- and 2010.  Brother Mark Assumed the responsibility of being the Lodges main cook for most of our major dinners.  If the Lodge was in need of anything Mark was first in line to help.  He was instrumental in getting our Lodge signs placed on the entrances into Montrose, on the highways.  He was instrumental in getting our new sound system and in setting it up.  He was one of the original officers for the local Masonic motor cycle group, and many other things to mention at this time.

Brother Mark was faithful to his lodge in the ceremonial work, and help out when ever asked, and would give of himself without ever asking for anything in return.

Brother Mark will be greatly missed by all, but we know he is now serving our Lord in Heaven

Farewell To My Family

When I must leave you for a little while, please do not grieve and shed tears and hug your sorrows to you through the years.

But start out brave with a smile, and for my sake live on and do all things the same,  Feed not your loneliness on empty days, but fill each waking hour in useful ways.

Reach out your hand in comfort and in cheer and I in turn will comfort you and hold you near.  And never be afraid to die, for I am waiting for you in the sky.

SO MOTE IT BE
